We are writing to let you know that there will be a brief interruption to our service at 9pm this evening in order to carry out a short piece of maintenance to our servers. We expect the disruption to last no longer than 20 – 30 minutes.

Over the last month we have been testing a number of ideas on how current and potential customers can contact us and we have settled with Skype.
If you have a Skype account you can now chat to us via Skype Instant Messenger or telephone us for free, simple click on the Skype button on our home page or add “ansuk.com” to your Skype contacts.
If you don’t currently have a Skype account you can still contact our sales team on 0208 144 5083 or sign up for a free Skype account at www.skype.com. Skype is completely free to use although there are some paid options available.

We are pleased to announce that all hosting accounts are now using the new cPanel 11 skin, which features vast improvements in usability, functionality and performance over the previous cPanel 10 skin.
