CubeCart™ requires a specific server environment to function correctly and this is where we come in. We have tailored our servers to ensure that CubeCart™ can function correctly. Common issues experienced by users who's hosting environment is not tailored for CubeCart™ include; thumbnails for product images not being generated, store emails not functioning correctly and shopping cart issues to name a few. Having the correct server environment is obviously essential for your store to function the way you expect it to!
Our CubeCart™ Packages include all the standard features of our Business Hosting Package, including a FREE domain name with a choice of *6 preinstalled templates which you are free to customise to your liking.
Once you have chosen your domain name and the version of CubeCart™ you would like to use we will install CubeCart™ and the *6 templates for you so that you are ready to choose which template to use and add your products etc.
Please note that CubeCart™ Version 4 is a Commercial Product which must be purchased seperately to use. We will install the 30 day trial for you but to continue to use it you must purchase a License directly from Devillion Ltd. Once you have purchased a License, please open a Support Ticket to provide us with your License Number so that we can make the neccessary changes for you.
*Only 5 templates with CubeCart™ V3. WebKinect provides the correct server environment and installs the software on your behalf. We do not support CubeCart™, software support must be obtained directly from cubecart.com or via their support forums at http://forums.cubecart.com.
